Local First

SSG maintains a preference for engaging and sourcing materials from the local communities we are part of.

During our recent renovation of our Office Campus more than $200,000 was spent with local vendors purchasing
supplies from locally owned shops.

 

Charitable Giving

Sarai Space Group, LLC recognizes the impact of local charities in our communities and since 2013 has proudly donated
no less than 10% of our net profit to locally based and ran organizations located in the communities we are a part of.

 

Small Business Mentorship

There are alot of hard lessons when running a small business, and we truly believe in supporting and sustaining the US small business industrial base. 

To this end SSG consistently identifies and supports local small businesses providing support in administration, management, regulation, and documentation.  In 2016 SSG provided mentorship to 4 different companies comprising more than 400 hours of training and assistance.

 

Community Engagement

Sarai Space Group, LLC believees in engaging it's communities to learn, grow, and support them. We currently are members of the Alabama Black Chamber of Commerce.

In addition we proudly sponsor the Huntsville Alpha Phi Alpha Martin Luther King Breakfast and Parade annually as a Premier Sponsor.

 

Education Commitment

The first step to empowering our communities is with education. Sarai Space Group, LLC. has operated a substantial internship program providing a living wage and valuable professional development classes to a rotating class of interns representing local community and state colleges.

In addition to this SSG is proud to invest in our employees by providing professional development and free certification education opportunities to all of our employees regardless of position within the Company.
